TIDCOO, a Government of Tamilnadu Enterprise, was incorporated as a Limited Company in the year 1995, in order to identify and promote the establishment of large and medium scale industries with in the State of Tamilnadu in association with private sector. Tanflora infrastructure park Limited is join venture project of TIDCO in association with MNA Associated. Other joint venture project of TIDCO are Titan Industries Limited, TIDEL Park Limited. TIDCO has granted Sub-ordinate fund to Tanflora under ASIDE (Assistance for states for creating infrastructures for the development and growth of exports) scheme for Establishment of infrastructure facilities. A sum of Rs. 300 lakhs was sanctioned for establishing Roads inside the park, and for construction of storm water drains and establishing central processing house for post harvest processing. Further A sum of Rs. 198 lakhs was sanctioned under the same scheme for establishing rain water harvesting facilities like rain water ponds with pond liners. Further a sum of Rs. 150 lakhs were sanctioned for strengthening the rain water storage facilities.
